Fast grab not working

Sent my F75 in for the upgrade and to fix my fast grab. Came back with a note saying that it works perfect. I still can not get it to fast grab. Keep getting the can not gb error no matter where I try it. Any suggestions.
 
Sounds like you are in hot hot ground, or over metal objects. Will it manual ground balance? Are you pumping the coil at 6" from ground and pushing forward on switch at the same time.
 
Yes try to manual set the ground balance and see what the number will be. I believe if it is less then 40 the fast grab will not work as I have had this happen a few times and was told if it was less then 40 I think it will say can not balance, so you have to manually ground balance.
