Fantastic sight found, Novelty cache discovered, More to come

My Girlfriend, My GTAX-1250, and myself went to a sight I found with the help of Google Earth. It is a colonial sight that had much activity starting in the 1600's. While checking out and old foundation I discovered a Tupperware container stashed in a crevice.
It looks like it is some sort of a "chain letter " that asks anyone who discovers it to make a journal entry and return it to its hiding place. I know it was not a real cache, But I tore that lid open like I thought it was full of $20 Gold pieces. We spent so much time taking pictures that we didn't notice the thunderclouds rolling in, So we left before we got stuck. But Oh I will return and Oh I will! find the goodies

My girl thought it would be funny to pose ourselves real serious for the 2007 Garrett catalog, So here are the silly pi-cs right off the bat. Also here is a picture of the "novelty cash" and the foundation it was discovered in. Also here are a few pictures of the area, And two dead snakes that my girl found, She said their was a larger Garter snake that fled the scene and thus lost his lunch. My girl really truly enjoys tagging along on my detecting trips. She is a Wiccan aka a Witch and likes being out in the nature. She tells me she will use her intuition to point me to the treasure like a water dowser. I am lucky to have a girl that encourages my passion for this great Hobby
Thanks for looking

And Happy Hunting

Looks like you stumbeled upon a "GPS" Hide and Seek game spot. I ran across one of those myself when I first started detecting again around 3 yrs ago. The box I found was in a old rotting tree stump.
HH Dang.
PS Nice Coils!

I am also a Geocacher. It looks like a Letterbox Hybrid. Go to this link at Wikipedia to see a good description or Geocaching.com for all the info. It's like a game. If anyone else finds one, please leave it. Good eye.
