[/img] Finally figured out how to post pics again went to the fairgrounds and they were putting in 2 new buildings by one area there was a strip of dirt I had hit with the 6 and stock coil 30 by 75 feet it looks like they scraped 2 inches of the top. Now this area has nails pulltabs and a load of bottle caps a signal every 3 inches but most of the junk is 3 inches or less except for the nails .

The coins here I have found before were 4 to 6 inches all these coins were 2 to 4 inches deep look what masking hid and I know there is still more that's mask not only here but in the fairgrounds as a whole I will be hunting this again in all metal with target trace to see what else I pull.

Did get a few no audios but saving for the vid I am working on don't know how to edit my go pro but my cell phone has a pause on it which means I don't have to edit so when I find a target I can turn it on and off for the next not like the go pro that starts a new vid every time you start it and have to be edited to come out as one . this well save a ton of time . sube

Were you using some type of disc when you found these? I have been hunting an old fairgrounds too and when wet i pulled some keepers with the Impact and small coil. Went back with the CTX and stock coil and only found one clad nickel. The soil was somewhat damp when i pulled the keepers. I was thinking of going back with the CTX and small 6 in coil and hunting in a very minimal disc , like only taking care of iron and wrap around effect, and i was planning on doing the same thing relying on target trace if i get a good tone. Maybe i should not use any disc at all and use all metal like you mentioned? Please post your next trip if you try the 6 in and all metal.

Sube, That's a great hunt congrats

Nice...

I've got a couple of areas like that, where I can only dream they'll need to scrape off a few inches of topsoil for some reason. :)
