Got out to the fairgrounds today couple hour hunt.Coins found 1901 v nickel 1904 Indian 1943 merc clad and some Wheaties.Also found a religious cross came in at 12 13 no marks on it very heavy for its size bends very easy but silver in colour.Anybody know what its made off. Thankx
 
Could it be tin or pewter? Tin looks white and pewter looks blue.
Pewter is a malleable metal alloy, traditionally 85-99% tin, with the remainder consisting of copper, antimony, bismuth and lead. Copper and antimony act as hardeners while lead is common in the lower grades of pewter, which have a bluish tint. It has a low melting point, around 170-230
