That’s right baby! Who knew hunting in iron was going to ever be someone’s favorite thing to do? It’s great to see the CTX doing what it do!

Nice finds, you made the stingy ground give up some silver.

I've been hitting a local park some this year and some last year with my ctx. I managed to find my first silver coin in that park this year. It was a 41 merc in excellent condition. I have found 2-3 Wheaties and I have found 5 rings and 1 heavy silver necklace. Plus a fair amount of clad to boot. My wife found a couple rings and a fair amount of clad with her nox 800. The park is plenty old enough for silver coins but it has been picked pretty clean. I still think I can find a few more silvers before the clad dries up and makes detecting there a lost cause.

Distinguished finds Sube, found one of those hanger bars recently too. Iron is the new frontier at least for now.
