F75SE Cable length

I don't recall off the top of my head the specification length for the F75, but I'm guessing 4 feet cut length, or 48 inches. A couple inches or so of that goes inside the searchcoil. That'd come to about 46 1/2 inches measured from the top of the searchcoil to the tip of the connector. Which is what I believe Don has reported.

Hipmountable metal detectors require longer searchcoil cables (typically about 6 feet), but neither F-series nor "Greek series" metal detectors are hipmountable.

Dave:

I bought a tall man lower stem for my F75. I can't even use the longest reach of the stem with the stock 11" coil. Does First Texas make an extension for the coil cables?
