Hello I have been reading how the F75Ltd.is getting items that other detectors have left behind. Can anyone tell me if I would
be better off with this detector than my xterra 705 for doing coins and jewlery and relics, and would it go deeper. Thanks to
everyone that can help..

I personally would say the 705 is better for coins and the 705 has advantage being able to switch frequencies with coils... I do see alot of good things about the f75 and I am personally thinking about purchasing one But it seems they are a bit chattery and you really have to crank them up.
Also you have to take into consideration what kind of conditions you are running in trashy or clean iron no iron heavy mineralization? I still would personally put my money on the 705 over the f75 but I would personally buy the f75 over the 705 if that makes since. Dont ask why.

I have a F-75 SE and it is a good machine but there are places where EMI will cause a lot of problems. I mostly use mine for hunting relics. I also have an E-Trac and a CTX 3030. If you are hunting coins and jewelery stay with the Minelabs which are not too shabby in the relics. Whatever machine you use take time to learn it because they all have their +'s and -'s. Moose,i've heard the saying "this machine is finding items others are leaving behind" for just about every machine that has ever been produced. Most of the time this comment stems from user bias to a particular machine. The xterra 705 is a cracking machine and so is the f75,both will cope with the type of hunting you like to do.Will you benefit by switching to the f75......probably not.....it will just be a different experience to get the same results.
