General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

F75 with Upgrades for Sale

I have a used, but in excellent shape F75 that has the upgrades (Boost Process and Cache Mode), which essentially makes it a F75 Ltd. It has the stock 11" coil, and a smaller concentric coil as well. The only issue this detector has is the lower rod is drilled slightly offline, so the coil "toes" slightly to the left. I was told this was a quirk of several F75s.

I'm asking $550 shipped in the CONUS.

Elton Fisher did a bunch of F75 to F75 LTD upgrades to the Fisher Team for one of the competition CW hunts back east....so it can be done, but due to the faster CPU they may just swap the guts, unless the CPU is socketed and they can swap the CPU and upgrade the code...dunno...would need to see the inside of one :devil:

As Cal Cobra said it was done for Team Fisher and was a one time deal .
A way to run undercover so to speak with a new product..
Don't expect Fisher to do it again.
The first Ford Mustangs were using Ford Falcon bodies to test them without showing there hand.:ninja:
 
yeah!..kinda disappointed that fisher didn't offer a circuit board "upgrade",however
upon consideration of marketing principals,one couldn't really expect them to offer the "option"
the 'standard" f-75 is still a great detector,and it's record as a hunter speaks for itself!
just sayin!
