F75 vs Tejon

Any body have both of these machines? I was just wondering have they faired . I know a little about the tejon but nothing about the F75 but I have read it is deep. thanks much. And I was also wondering how the F75 is balanced on those long hunts. :usaf:

I hope i can cover it all.

The Tejon can go deep but it lacks so many features the F75 has.

The F75 has a recovery speed and target response speed that the Tejon just can not match.

The F75 runs over 40 hours on just 4 AA batteries. I doubt that the Tejon gets 30 hours out of 8 AA batteries.

The F75 has tone ID and VDI numbers to give you an idea what kind of target you have found.

The outside controls on the Tejon can be turned accidently and misadjust the detector.

The Tejon has depth, but the F75 has depth AND target separation due to the speed and DD coil.

The Tejon is not too bad if you are the beep-dig guy, but with the lack of features and speed it is not the future of metal detectors.

does the f-75 get better battery life than the t-2. hunted with the t-2 fri. and sat. from 8-5 and sun. from 7-6. i replaced the batteries first thing sun. because it was down to one or two bars. seemed like it went to 2 bars rather quickly sun. but didn't go any lower. doesn't seem to be any difference in performance even at one bar but i haven't found anything deep yet to see it it affects the performance. thanks.

The F75 and T2 should get about the same batterie life under the same circumstances.

How long a set of batteries last depends on:

Batterie brand
How hard the detector is working (Target signals, Pinpoint, GB, .....)
Headphones
