F75 ltd2 with 11-14 serial number (are they all bad or weak all metal)

I have the new ltd2, only hunted with it in the woods once so far but we have really mild ground like 50 and little to no bars.

Found a few bullets 6-8" range and maybe one around 11" but this place is known for super deep relics that others have missed.

I'm talking measured 14" with CTX and V3i in boost mode.

After seeing Keith's video I am wondering if my machine suffers from the all metal depth issue.

seems weak in all metal and sadly I have not figure out yet how to go from static to motion all metal.

I have scanned the manual but for some reason can't find it. Any help from you pros on the F75 ltd2 please help so I will know if this bad boy needs to go back home to Fisher

If mine had the all metal depth of his it would have rocked in this place for sure and I did not see anywhere near, not 1/2 his depth.

Also, in 2F boost mode, 0 disc my 12" test plot bullet will sound good right on it but if you lift the coil 1/2" up it gives the iron tone all the way to 3" off the ground. So it's picking it up solid but the last 3" IDing as a solid iron tone and that doesn't seem right?

Would love some feedback, thanks in advance

Jerry

Thanks

To move from Static all metal to Motion all metal you rotate the SETTINGS knob just as moving from All Metal Mode to Discrimination Mode...

Just a little add to Robert's post.
When you swithch from disc side to all metal side, you will be in motion all metal, if you push the menu button once you can switch back and fourth between static and motion with the Settings knob.

I do believe alot of the 11/14 versions had issues..mine does and i sent it back..it will be back to fisher tomorrow..

Unless your hunting in a city type environment where EMI is everywhere practically You may not experience the same machine operations.
Even the first 75's worked out in the country and parks not near EMI sources.

No problem with mine as I see it. While I don't use am often I did a air test on mine and easily hear a 16" nickel. In the ground could be another story and will test as soon as this rain stops. Its a mosh pit out there. Mine is a 12-14 and even know the day it was done, Monday the 8th (not Friday Yea).
