I need some of your guys help.I just bouht a nice used F75 w/ the DST,Boost,Cache,Fast process on it.What I need
now is this is thereanything on youtube that will help me to learn how to use this detector because I am the kind of
person that lerans faster by watching a video than reading..Thank all for your help,Have a great hunting day..

There is a lot out there on the F 75, but to really learn it takes using it. Even the manual doesn't really tell you what settings to use as they would vary with location, type of hunting, kind of ground, and more. My suggestion, if you don't want to read the whole manual, is to go to page 8 down at the very bottom and do the step RETURN TO FACTORY DEFAULT. Then, go to your local school yard or park and start digging some targets in the default mode. No video, however, that I have ever seen can teach you everything that is in the manual. Good luck! Sorry about the above info. Gave you the page number for Factory Default info from my Omega 8500 manual. This info is on page 10 of the Fisher manual under the paragraph RESET function. HH jim tn

Good advice Jim.------Jim's a guy to listen to on the F-75 as he knows that detector like the back of his hand.

Don't know about that, Del, but a mute point anyway if I can't remember where I set it down. HH jim tn

Moose try pre set for awhile ... I think you will find this is one of the best detectors you ever bought. That said..Use it enough in pre set till it clicks for you..
You start off cranked up and the target noise will soon overwhelm you and cause you to sell it.

The u tube videos are good for showing u how to dig a hole most of the time. Very little on the adjustment of controls.
If dimes pennies and quarter are your game, try 3 tone.
Repeatable numbers like 71-72-73 means you found something round like a copper penny or dime. 83, 84, 85 is a quarter. This rule is for coins to about up to 7".
A chopped up can will have these numbers and many more.
Deeper coins or coins next to trash can give mixed, weaker or averaged numbers. So the high tone on a deep target maybe worth digging.
Also set a coin on the ground next to a nail. Test the reaction to see how that works.
Good luck
