all i can say is wow i like it........
took it out coin hunting in a very worked out park & it was just like it had never been worked coins everywhere..
then on day 2 i took it out for a walk in the desert to see if it would nugget hunt
well im impressed these came out of a worked out digging..

great to hear , not much is being said about the f-75 ot t-2 on nuggets, other than they should do well

Walt, love those gold nuggets. Do you mind passing along your settings? Thanks, and HH jim tn

all metals / sensitivity 50 / fast grab ground balance :detecting:

Awesome Walt!

Very good nuggets and the small one is the most impressive because it did not get passed up.
Can you give some depths and ID reports, size of coil and any insights you have on your finds so more of us can do the same?

Thanks for the pics and post!
Sunny Jim

hi jim & all
the big nugget 1.5 gram was found at about 3-4 inches in hot ground & the small nugget 2 tenths of a gram was in a drywash tailing pile about 2 inches both were found with the stock dd coil..
the area i was working has highly variable ground but the fast grab made it ez to work ..
ive had the f75 for only 3 days now & heres a photo of all i have found . the coins & the little silver ring came out of a couple of parks that i have beat the hell out of with many other detectors..
our ground here is very hot in northern arizona so this was quite impressive.. depths of 6-7 inches on some of the coins..
the f75 is takeing a bit of getting used to & ive found that it works good if i set the sensitivity down to 35-45 in this ground for coin hunting..
any tips are allways apprecated & many thanks to all that have helped me so far.
good hunting
walt

Let me know what the tests show if you can.

Walt Have you tried the JE mode yet on them Nuggets, It might be Noisey in the Hot Ground, But try it with a sense as high as possible
start out low 50's...run 0 to 10 Discrim..The JE if runnible is like Having a whole other Detector..As Fast as you picked up the F75 you should do very well with
the machine..Congrats on the finds..check this site out..Its all Technical and no cussing allowed .Lots of great info..Jim (Humblepie) just did some extensive all metal/Je testing....james
