F75 coil on F70 is SWEET

Just got my new F75 coil and threw it on the F70...what a difference. I was hitting both deep (1 at 10") and shallow coins from a place that both Merf and I hunted several times in the passed couple weeks. I was running 4H tones, Disc at 6, Thresh at -3, and Sens maxed at 99. The coil was rock solid, with occasional chatter under the power lines. Between this coil and the new 5" DD (lets hurry up and release it Fisher), this machine is a beast and I am seriously considering selling my Etrac and hunting with only the F70. I cannot believe how many nickels I am finding with this machine. I found 6 nickels in a 1 1/2 hr hunt the other day with minimal trash. I have never come close to that with any other detector.

If you don't have an F75 coil for your F70...you should get one!

Ilike putting my F70 coil onto the F75 in certain cases. Like a stubble cornfield for example is one of the last times I did that, & open woods as well.....
It's really nice to have both in your arsenal.

I didn't like the F70 coil on my F75 I am so use to the DD I know all of the sounds and it changes with the F70 coil the sounds are different. Can't wait for the new DD

I live in Northern Illinois and I find that the F75 DD coil on my F70 makes it alot more stable then the stock coil that came with it. It is much less chirpy
