F75 backlight question

Neil

Well-known member
Hello everyone. Just got myself a new F75, been scrolling through all the functions and just getting the feel of it. Sure has a real nice feel to it, should be easy to h unt with for longer hunts.

On the backlight, in lower light settings where you actually see the lighter white background, there is a darker band that runs to the left of the center of the screen... about 1 1/2" wide and from top to bottom. Not enough to block anything out, everything is still readable on that side, but noticeably darker on the lefts side. Is this standard on them?

Thanks much,
Neil

Not sure can you get a pic of it up..I hunt with mine in pich Black all the time and it looks clear and the same..I Do use a miners light for watching the coil..I love the fact that the F75
is Backlit..congrats on a nice machine..I'm sure several will chime in soon..
