Will get a new detector soon but need some help Please.. I Like what I read on the F70, but I also like the Whites M6 and the xt70 !! So PLEASE tell me what you think..God or Bad.. Thanks

Too many variables to answer your question simply.

Is it worth the money? YES !!

Is it the detector for you? Maybe?

If you are a novice, I think out of the three, the M-6 is easier to learn.

I believe the F-70 is the best out of the three mentioned. That is why I own one.

I have a F70, Xterra 70, and used to have a M6. If you compare features, the F70 and X70 have more features than the M6. I like the X70 with the 3kHz coil for deep high conductors in iron. When I need to separate targets in high trash I switch to the F70 with the small coil. With the F70 and X70 you have more choices of tone id, pick the one you like. The M6 you either have mono tone or, if I remember right, 7 tones. If you want notch discrimination, don't get the M6. All three detectors are easy to set up. Good luck with your pick.

If you are in Ohio or Florida, it is NOT worth the money. Stay away from the F-70. Do not get it. It is junk.

If you are in any other states, then it is worth every penny. One of the best detectors out today for the money.

Just stay away from Ohio or Florida with the F-70.

BTW....I live in Ohio and Florida and the less competition from other F-70's the better. More for me to find.

I had an X-Terra 70 , I had a Whites M6..........and now I have a Fisher F75 and F70 and some other detectors.

The F70 has more punch and features and it is so lightweight. The battery runtime is hard to beat.

... you can probably take it to the bank.
