Well I am finally getting it, I think?
I put the 11" coil on a few days ago. I run with some falsing. This morning went to a beach and ran it at 90 sen. -4 thres. 15 dis. and dp. I must say it does take some time to get used to the F70. My F70 doesn't much lock on to targets and the numbers jump around except for surface targets. Nice solid sound. I dig a lot of iffy targets and I have found 4 old nickels this week. 1946 1948 1939 and 1954. I am really wrecking my light sand scoop because I am digging much deeper with the F70. Will have to get the heavy duty sand scoop out again. I have dug a number of coins at 8" or more. Here is a picture of this mornings digs. The ring is a phoney baloney and my grandson loves the toys I get at the beach store. Thanks for looking ....Z
