I'm thinking about getting a f4 detector. Does anybody use one? If so, how do you like it?

I really enjoyed it but moved up to an EXII and F75. The F4 DD is a coin rake. Once you figure out some tricks to avoid 4 bottlecaps for every coin, you'll be cleaning up. Easy to use, easy to set up, easy to hear, very light....its very good in that price range. I'll PM you some more info.

The more I learn about mine the more I like it. I got new detector fever awhile back and started thinking it wasn't good enough. It is a good detector. Since I slowed down a little it is accurate on the number ID. The dd coil is a coin rake as others have said. I can live with a few bottlecaps for all the quarters it finds. On mine if I get a 82 or 83 it is a quarter. I can't think of any other detector for the price that comes stock with a DD coil. In my soil a DD works best. I am in SE GA. I would recommend this detector for what it is in it's price range. Someday I may upgrade but will try to keep the fever at bay for awhile longer and stick to my F4. I know it will find coins if they are there.
