F4 or F5 questions

I have a 1265X now and am looking at either the F4 or F5. I don't know the main advantage of the DD coil that comes with the F4. The extra coils for it are concentric as is the one that comes with the F5. There does not seam to be very many people on here that have the F4. Any advice will be appreciated.
