F2 help

Ok so i was looking for an upgrade from my tracker iv and i wasnt really looking for anything in the bounty hunter except maybe the discovery 3300. Anyway I was looking around and saw a Fisher F2. Well my question is anyone that has this detector what do you think about it and will it be worth it? I would plan to be hunting in parks and yards/Mostly looking for coins. Also is it water proof.

Thanks any help that i can get it appreciated.

Yes in my opinion it is worth it for sure. gets good depth and the pin point on it is awesome. especially when using the 4in coil. The target is always what the displays says it is. foil is usually always foil. tab nickel is usually a tab or a nickel. silver rings come up quarter. Gold usually registers as nickel. It is really light wieght which helps me to get more swing time. 2.6 lbs ( if i am correct) with batteries. The only thing i noticed is it states to use only alk. batteries. I used non-alkies and though it worked for a little while, it started shutting off right after hitting a target. so i switched back to alkies and now there is no problem at all. so keep that in mind as alkies are a little more to buy. I also used mine right out of the box, and battery life is really good. there really isnt anything i dont like about it. It has proven to be a great machine. For me anyways.
