F2/F4 minor complaint

I think the battery door latch end on the F2 and F4 is excessively sharp. Am I the only one? On the positive side, it will pare an orange in the field. :)

I have one too. The foam grip moves around and slips down when I use it. Think they should have used a smaller dia grip. I just wrapped tape around the shaft and slipped it back up....................

I thought it would just be me finding the foam grip to loose. I was lucky and had a tesoro grip on hand and installed it on the F2. Works perfect and it cost just one $.
Just de-install the arm rest and spray some Isoproplyl Alcohol (Pharmacy) in the new grip and on the upper stem. Now you have to act fast and push the new grip in position.
The Alcohol will evaporate fast. It is easy to do and works perfect.

I removed the crutch grip from my f4 and replaced it with the smaller discovery grip.I also used the disc arm cup as it is longer and fits my arm better. Both machines have a problem with falling over on uneven ground. I added a 1/2 '' sweeping L plastic pipe for better stability ,works great.

Right on..First thing I did with the F4 was to scrape out a chunk of my knuckle. I thought about telling F/T about it but filed down the edge and all is well. I think I could have fillet a Salmon with it.

I hate it when stuff like that happens. :stretcher:
