Great for coinshooting, as well as relics. Much deeper than the Garrett. I've had both and prefer the F 75.

keep on diggin'

Great for coinshooting!!! They have the fastest target response of any detector that I am aware of. With the DD stock coil they have terrific target separation and as Elton mentioned, they are very, very deep. Deeper then any Garrett I have ever owned, by quite a bit. I have found more silver coins with the F 75 in the last 23 months then I did in several prior year's combined. It also loves nickels, of all era's, so ones chances for gold rings are nicely enhanced, without having to dig it all. HH jim tn

Well guys, thanks for the info on the F75. I went to Knoxville today and picked one up from Lynn at Detector Depot. Found Lynn very informative and his character is of the highest order. Great people to deal with.

Now that I have the beast home, the learning curve starts. Did a signal separation test with several objects; shotgun shell base, minnie ball, coins. I could not believe the recovery time response of this detector. I am very excited about taking it out in the field as the bench tests have been very satisfactory.

When Lynn handed me the box with the detector, I was hard pressed to believe there was anything in the box, so after swinging the 1500 for 6 to 7 months with the 12 inch coil, now with the F75 I may be able to put off my trip to the chiropractor. :stretcher:

Again, thanks for the info. I will be hounding you for more tips as I begin using the detector.

As I mentioned in our PM's, you are going to love it. Just wait until you take it afield. Knoxville! I am all the way across the state. Good luck. HH jim tn

They must have left something out of the box.
