F-75 settings button question?

I thought I read somewhere that pushing the settings button did something, but I can't find where I read it. Does anyone know if it changes or does anything?

No it dont change anything..It just makes it go right to the program quicker instead of waiting the 3 or so seconds..roger-relicsuk.com has good info on this subject..

I believe pushing the settings knob takes you back to the last changed menu item. That is, if you adjusted mode and then went back to searching after timing out on the menu when you pushed the knob (not the button) it takes you back to the last menu you were on, which would be mode in this example. I'm not sure as I don't do it as I'm not sure you're SUPPOSED to push the knob or whether it's just occuring because the motherboard is deforming & making contact, don't cha know.

It's not in the manual.
