F-75 noise vs MXT noise. Which is quieter?

Idaho-Marke

I bought an MXT because it is a good nugget, coin and relic machine, but as many of you know, it can give off a lot of noise.

I've read where the F-75 can have some noise also so for those of you who have both machines, which is the quieter of the two? I have DD coils for my MXT as the ground here reads 78-85, but I would really like a quieter machine and the F-75 has me drooling. Now if only it is quieter than my MXT, I'll be a step closer to joining the ranks.

What say you?

The MXT is a little noisy when cranked up hard in my neck of the woods but not quite as susceptible to outside RF interference as the F75.
But ... I can say this without a doubt from what I've seen so far, the F75 doesn't lose nearly as much depth when running it down for stability as does the MXT ... it ain't even close.
Keep in mind though that I live and hunt in areas where the ground is covered up with pea size iron ore stones. The dirt is also heavily laced with red clay and the F75 does a very good job everywhere I taken it so far.
The noise is somewhat of a gift for me, my ground changes pretty regularly and I can hear the F75 start to change and I'll fast grab the GB and keep going without losing any time because it's so easy.
My Tejon runs me NUTS trying to keep it balanced around here.
Hope this helps
Good Hunting
Mike
