F-75 Back today from upgrade trip - questions

i see no noticeable change in battery compartment - should i ??

did get a new coil and seems to be a new hand grip squeezey deal - the trigger...............looks to be the same, but new

it arrived in texas on the 12th.......................returned today the 28th - NOT BAD - I LIKE IT

Your detector was a latest mfg. F-75 when you purchased it. They made these changes along the way as they manufactured the detectors. :clapping:

Sending your unit in for the up-grade was for them to change out the case to one that is environmentally sealed. If during that process they discover any warranty problems, they would repair them. This does not necessary mean they were going to change out any parts when you sent it back.

The switch thing was something that happened during the first 25 or so manufactured units. It's doubtfully if there any out there that are still bad. The battery compartment was already taken care of on your unit. The hand grip Had Not been changed on it so they replaced it on yours. The coil, thats a new one on me. :shrug:
