F-70 coil?

Hello. Who does use F-70 with a coil for F-75, I must to buy 11dd for the F-70, or a wide difference on a depth and division is not present?

I don't have the F70, just the F 75, but I am not so sure that the F 70 stock coil isn't as deep, and maybe even a little deeper, then the DD. Where the DD shines, besides getting very good depth, is its terrific target separation. HH jim tn

Generally, concentric coils like that on the F70, are better for use in average conditions. They go a bit deeper and are hot all over their suface.
If you need to get into tight places, then a small concentric sniper coil is your best bet.

The Widescan or DD coils are not as affected by mineralization, though, so if you have that problem where you live, they may be the way to go.
And as mentioned they tend to be hot only down the center, with a wedge shaped detection pattern. Therefore, they are a bit better at picking between items for the same size coil.

I just got my new F 7- today, as a back up for my F 75. I airtested both the stock 10" coil against the 11" DD coil and the 11" was a least an inch and a half deeper at the factory default of 60 sens. I cranked it to 80 and the 10 " came closer to the 11" coil, but the DD was as deep, if not deeper. That was in All Metal. In discriminate mode, they were almost identical. Interesting test.
