That surely is a great eyeball find you got there. It pays to observe. A person just doesn't know what may have been dropped by a human or perhaps dug up by a critter. I was walking out from an athletic field when I came upon several freshly dug gopher mounds. The sun was at my back and i noticed a glint on the top of one mound. Further inspection revealed a gopher had dug up and deposited a ring. Although damaged severely by a lawnmower and missing the center stone, I know think differently of gophers. They can leave me gold rings anytime. This one is 14kt and still has 4 small diamonds. Expect the unexpected, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I found the Ring at work so i kept it at work i sold it to a co-worker friend 4R his little Girls birthday, Took it to my Jeweler to get it straiened N cleaned up
Thanks 4R looking all, I wish you all good Luck, Mickfin,

I seem to spot earrings, coins, etc laying on the ground all the time; get fooled by a lot of foil and aluminum too. I am probably one of a very limited few guys that when the wife finds an earring in my truck she says: "Cool, where did you find that?"

Food for thought: A while back, while working at a local High School I found a pierce earring on the ground. I located the lost and found officer to turn it in. I stated that a young lady had lost her earring. Her response, and all in the same breath, was; it may or may not have been a young lady and it may have or may not have been an earring, would you like some hand sanitizer...? just sayn'...
