Eyeball find tonight

Pete in MI

Found this between the sidewalk and the curb downtown - was escorting one of the employees to her car - while at work. It was still partially covered with snow but enough of it had a glint of light hit it and the rest is history.

Its about the size of a quarter - in fact - last week I bought one off a co-worker who had gotten it in change from the snack bar in the building. She felt bad and didn't want to bring it to the snack bar workers attention. You see those who operate the snack bar are legally blind. Someone figured to use it for a quarter or maybe it just got mixed into someone's change. Figured I save any embarrassment to all concerned.

Was thinking earlier that people mentioned the weather would be warm for a few days. Was thinking maybe I could get a detector out of winter hibernation long enough to give it a walk in some fresh - brisk - air if the weather does warm up.

BTW used one of those eyeball cameras for the pc to take a picture of this eyeball find.

Better take that detector for a walk, before the big freeze returns! :)
