Hey All,
Last week I saw a local guy I know wearin a "Garrett" cap, so i asked about it .
turns out , this guy and a couple more I know are AVID detectorists.
They are the Founders of "anacondatreasure.com" (Check em out)
They have had numerous write ups in different publications too.
I am now wearing a "Team ATC" cap.
I also bought the 4 pack of DVD's,,,titled... Extreme Metal Detecting 1,2,3,and 4
They are kind of goofballs,, but they had the kids laughing (which is a plus)
They also showed alot of finds, and some mistakes digging,,(ie damaging a nice coin)
They travel, east coast to west coast.
They also, have buried ..3.. treasure chests, with a silver dollar each, and more each.
Supposedly ,they hint as to where,,in theyre dvd's and a book.
So, i guess there could be one anywhere, from Virginia to ?????
Anyhow, I'm just in awe,,, Here I was thinkin I would be the only one around this area that is interested
in M.D.in
But yeah, The EMD movies are worth the money in my opinion,
Oh, and theres a music video, about Metal Detecting,, who'd a thought??
Still waitin for snow to melt, but I can feel it comin!.
Happy Diggin
Dusty
