I was wondering if anyone has used the 5-10 coil that is being offered and if using the coil cover reduces the depth reading thanks
 
Yes it's seeing allot of use by myself and a quite few others on the forum.
It's a great handling coil and does a super job everywhere I've taken it, woods,beach,parks and playgrounds.
The coil cover does NOT seem to effect the depth or account for any loss that I can see.
I've only spotted one of these coils for sale USED on the classifieds and there has been plenty of them sold so that should say something.
