any of you guys get the new explorerII at a good price?? our friends in florida are sky high they want 1300.oo with out the 5 inch excellarator coil, thats a little steep for my wallet Thanks guys Robert in wisc

When the explorer first came out they were the only ones who had them and they were charhing full retail 1195.00 I made a bet with them on the forum that they would drop it as soon as other dealers had stock.. they said no way.. but they did.. If you wanna good price call dave and dixie and he has a good price but you would have to drive down to his place! For me in Ohio it wasn't that bad of drive and I'm glad I did it but you live in Wis so that's a long haul so you would have to weight the savings vs the drive.. Just an Idea..

They won't from me either. No sales no service. I learned the hard way. Talk to savid, Maybe make a road trip or find a trucker friend to pick one up for you.

$1850 AU would be ~ $1270 US dollars. I called Dixie Detector's in TN and they quoted me $1115. The Minelab corperate site has a PDF file on the new model II explaining most of the new features.

That was Minelabs price that I wrote. There are several places like the Miners Den that would sell it cheaper than their RRP. When i got my XS the rrp was 1650 I payed 1450 for it...
