Can anyone tell me the average expected depth of the Explorer S model
Thank you for your time and efforts!!!

Thank you Mr. Bearden. I was not certain if it had the same abilities on the depth.

You wont be digging holes down to your elbows with your explorer but you will find MUCH more stuff on sites that have been worked by others using other brands. The explorers can see through crappy ground and trash like no other detector can. The 28 freqencies seem to do the trick at finding more good stuff, the weird thing is i have been to sites that have been "worked out" with other brand machines used by detector users in the 80's - i have gone over the site with the explorer and to say i was a amazed at what was still left in the ground is an under statement, what was left in the ground was not super deep - no deeper than 5- 6 inches so it just goes to prove that the 28 frequencies simply find more without you having to dig 12 inch deep holes.
