explorer programs wanted

Leave the upper right-hand quarter of the screen open and discriminate everything else. That is the simplex, but pretty effective approach. Be sure to recheck anything that pops into that region of the screen and disappears.

You'll still get clad and copper coins. It's almost impossible to eliminate everything but silver. Try this find an area in your yard thats clean. Go to advanced learn mode, then black out your screen and toss a couple of silvers on the ground and scan them with a medium cursor. Be sure to turn off learn then try a few modern coins. You'll find that most clad coins will still hit. Go to page 73 in your manual if you need help on how to learn targets and save patterns.
