Explorer II self test ?

New member
Hello all, I'll have a new Explorer II tomorrow and just wondering if it has a "self test" it goes through at start up to check all it's functions ? How would you know if your getting all 28 freq's or just 14 ?

I think the additional frequencies are harmonics of one or two frequencies. So, if you have the base frequency, you are all right.

Thanks Travis, but I was curious if the Explorer does a self diagnostics on start up like some other electronic devices do.
