Explorer 2 questions

I am not trying to sell in this fourm, just trying to get some imput. I have the EX2 and have not used it much in NC. I used alott in Iowa. I have the WOT and the Sunray probe. I am asking what is a fair selling price. Should I sell together or seperate. I have looked on the internet all morning and do not see alott of used ones out there.

Any help would be great.

I think selling separate works better...go to ebay, do a search and you will see what they are selling for...good luck!
 
i went to eBay, clicked "advanced search", typed in minelab explorer and checked the "completed items only" box. there were 30 listings, and i scrolled down about halfway before i found this minelab explorer 2 and sun ray probe listing. 22 bids ended at $871.

that's a pretty good indicator of what the market will bear.
 
detector and probe...I just can't get away from an Explorer :) BTW, I was at a medical conference today and got permission to hunt an old house my old private practice partner bought to tear down and build a new office and one of my super nice former students just bought a 150 year old farm with farmhouse on 20 + acres with carte blanche so you can see what I really do at the conferences :detecting:
 
If I don't like this one in my soil, you'll be the first one I'll PM but if I do like it, I'll just post pics of all the super finds from the new sites...aah so many good sites, so little time :detecting:
 
Tell you the truth Chris...I would rather see you post great finds than you selling it to me....Thats just how I am...If I really wanted one that bad I would just pull out the old credit card and buy one.......I trust you know how to use the detector right? Any questions just shoot me a PM.....:smoke:
 
Thank you all for your help. Kind of miss being around here on the fourm. My wife walked in while I was looking at all the pics, and said "oh god you are going out of town to hunt again" and walked out, (when I was Iowa, we would be gone @ 0300 and not get back until until 2100 hrs), lol. I kind of miss that, lol.
