Does anyone know if m/l still work on old explorers?Anyone have any feedback on the explo. XS-2>Thank you--cjm

Don't know for a fact if they still do...but I heard they didn't. I thought I also heard that they still will work on the SE Pro...but that may not be true either. However...that was one of the reasons I just bought a used SE Pro over a used EX-II. Hope the thing never breaks.

The only Explorer supported by Minelab is the Explorer SEPro, but the authorized Minelab repair center at Kellyco still works on the older models as long as the problem isn't a bad mother board or a part on motherboard that can't be isolated odds are they can fix it....

There is a company over here in Britain that repairs Minelab products, it may be worth sending them an e-mail.
The name is www.metaldetectorrerair.com. Or M.S.R.
Hope this is of help.

You got your answer who will fix them....Just my opinion and used a bunch of Explorer models...Explorer XS may be a little slow but on the whole is deeper than all of them...
