Experimental Digger #1

Don't know when it will be finished but here are some pix a friend took for me. It is .200 thick x 11/2 x 6 3/4 M-2 (high speed steel)
about 15 hours so far.Any suggestion for a handle?

Weld a steel dowel on the end like a lesch and put a rubber grip on it! Looks very cool! Good luck to ya. I would love to see the finished product.:garrett:

:usaflag:That's a digger from hell. Very cool.:usaflag:

I tried one of those tools, a Lesche. I didn't like the ergonomics of it. I find I prefer an angled tool, with a few degrees of cant at the digging end. I ended up making my own.

I tell you what, though; that looks like it is going to be one tough tool.
