You were correct,The Garrett2500 did get the penny at 14" hehehe,Well this place I tryed it was behind the building of the campaign office in the city of Gonzales.I took my Garrett1350 this morning and went in the same place and put a penny down and my 1350 picked up the penny at 14" How about them apple's,hehehe Don't blow yet,A meter reader came around where I was to read the water meter. He ask me what I was doing and I told him.He told me that they had a 2" brass "T" down there about 6"that been there for 50yr.Then he told me to come over about 20ft.and try there,Yep another one.

Yesterday I took it(2500) to Gulf Port,Ms.on the beach,I used it for about 1/2hr.and it got as heavy as a truck.I went and got my 1350 and finish hunting the day. That thing gets heavy after a little time.I went in my shop this morning to air test the 2500 and could not get but 9" on a penny.I took my 1350 and air test it with the same penny,I got 9" with it.Thats why I went this morning with my 1350 and tryed it there,I'm glad I did.So I want to apologize,You were correct it will not pick up a penny at 14",And it will not pick up the 10" quarter in my test garden.

Ya'll have fun now
