Hey Steve (i met you today at the beach) forgot to tell about your new Exclbr, don't charge the battery every time. I charged my only
1 time 1.5 month ago, use it 4 times, 3 hours each time, and it
still alive.

I think it's about time to charge your Excal then because 12 hours is pushing it on the stock battery pack. When she runs dry it will start shrieking at you and that will be your clue that it's time to go home or pull that extra battery pack out.
