Nice old piece of silver, good hit. Wife and I go up to Mn for a couple of weeks each summer and I occasionally find Canadian coins. I recall 2 dimes being silver, 80%, I believe. Not back into the 1800's, though. HH jim tn
 
Nice recovery for sure, oldest Canadian I’ve found was a 1911 dime….. dont really care what country as old is old!!
