exchange 2 user name recorvey ?

I got a new lap top moving everything over and cant remember my username for exchange 2.....can anyone help me (PLEASE)
called kellyco they did not know what to do!!
 
can you not access the old laptop? Mine automatically puts the user name in the login field when I load it
 
Download the software and create a new account.
 
That's what I have done for the time being but I wanted to retrieve my old account because I had multiple patterns I had created
 
I don't think they store the patterns on the account. I've created my own patterns without signing into the account. I believe signing in gives you access for the GPS.

Obviously, you can copy back the patterns that are on the CTX but may only be a small subset. I personally download over 30 patterns and created a few and saved them all to the cloud so I would never lose them.

That's correct. The waypoints and tracks are stored on your computer, not on Minelabs server. Logging in to Minelab only gives you access to update downloads (if they have another) and google-earth base map for your saved points to sit on.
