Turned on my CTX3030 last Friday and noticed that i had a dark streak on the right side of my screen. Searched the forum and saw where a few others had the same problem and Minelab took care of their issues. I called Minelab the same day, Friday, and was told that their system was down due to storms in the area and that the employees were going home early as a result of the system being down. Nadia, the customer service rep, gave me her direct phone number and told me to call back on Monday to get a RMA number. Early Monday morning I get a phone call from Minelab and it's Nadia the Service Rep. She takes my info and gives me the RMA number and sends me an email from which I printed a postage paid label. I dropped the unit off at the UPS store and it will be delivered tomorrow, Wednesday, to Minelab. I wish all companies had that kind of customer service. Kudos to Minelab for not only making great detectors but also having great customer service. P.S. I kept my trusty Etrac for times like this.
