Excellent Garrett Service

I just got back from visiting my son and my Garrett At Gold was back from Garrett and waiting. Super fast turn around on it and I am absolutely stunned. It has the same serial number but this is definitely a new control box and a new coil. There is not a mark on either. I could not be more pleased. Now to find time to take it to the lake and give it a good dunking....LOL.

Kudos to Garrett. Makes me very glad I talked a fellow in Cabelas the other day into buying an Ace 250 instead of a Cabelas beginner detector. Fantastic!
 
Garrett customer service is indeed excellent. My AT Pro is four years old and way out of warranty. I dropped the battery holder on the kitchen floor and broke it (totally my fault). Last week the one side of the arm cuff snapped. I called Garrett to order replacement parts and was not looking to get them free. I asked the lady on the phone about prices and to my amazement she said "Give me your address and I'll mail them to you free of charge". Today in the mail I received a complete arm cuff unit which by the way consist of four separate parts and not one but two battery holders. Oh , Also a Garrett 50yr patch. Thanks Garrett!
