Just an update regarding my DST upgrade for "ol Sparky"..As i posted yesterday, my newly upgraded f75 ltd, exhibited a little bit more " sparkiness" than i was expecting (see original post in Feedback forum)..After i posted seeking Advice etc, i contacted Juan, the gentleman who handled my upgrade via, email and personally on the phone, at 3.30 am my time.Well, What can i Say? his customer Service was above and beyond in my opinion. First, he put me Thru to a Tech, who spent 20 + mins with me on speaker phone, running thru settings etc (lol, i was on my front lawn with my f75 blaring at full volume, at almost 4 in the morning, and my neighbors still talk to me :buds: ) )..any way, it was decided that the machine and all my fisher coils, be looked at..Back on the phone with Juan, and he Said,Fisher will cover everything to get her Back to Texas and sorted, and that he would send me an email with all the details, what can i say? brilliant customer Service :clapping: ....And Sure enough,on his word, the email was in my inbox, when i awoke this Morning..
Been a long time since ive had a pleasant experience in customer service with ANY company..Thanks Fisher (and Juan and the tech who helped me) !!!!

All of the people that work for Fisher, Bounty Hunter, First Texas period, are great and really do care for their customers, I have nothing but praises for them,

Wouldn't it be nice if Fisher actually TESTED the complete rig BEFORE returning it.All this "wonderful customer service" is nice, but a little quality control might be just what is needed.

Why assume that Fisher didn't test it?

Shipped halfway around the world, matched up with maybe different coils in a totally different ground and emi environment and it didn't seem to work right.

Is it really sensible to accuse Fisher of lack of quality control?

Stuff happens. Fisher is going out of their way and beyond the terms of their warranty 9paying for shipping both ways to Australia.

Aurturio Barrientos is also a great person at Fisher. He helped me out with a coil purchased from detector electronics. D.E. absolutely refused to help me out and the coil was still under warranty. However, Art came to my rescue. Thanks Art.
