You dont provide a great amount of information infact almost zero information apart from the fact that we assume its not working correctly, what is the problem with it,how old is it,when did you buy it from Kellyco or even if its still in the warrenty period.
If you bought it from them recently as a brand new coil within say the warrenty period of whatever the time durartion is and it has developed a fault then the contract is with them and they should in theory rectify the problem, but of course if its out of warrenty then of course Kellyco would not be interested in it,i doubt that you would get it repaired by anyone anyway,of course you could try emailing the makers and asking them what could be done and if so how much, but as its a foreign firm and taking into account postage i doubt that it would be really worth it to be honest.
Just my opinion based on the limited amount of information that you have provided,i dont have my crystal ball with me at the moment so my above comments about what could be done is based on human intervention
