Spoke with Kathy Warren Minelab) she was of no help or comfort. Might have well not answered the phone. She has obviously been taken a beating for months and just has giving up. Poor communication skills. I asked about my machine and she just said I don't know. What your name no it s not done don't know when it will be looked at, Call M. Kozel at this number. I called and his mail box was full. What do you think that means. It means its was one of hundreds getting the pass off to him. Its no wonder he didn't call back, there's not enough hrs in a day to make the calls. My Excalibur was 6 months old when it broke. Its now going on 9 months. I mailed it back in the first week in July and like others its still not even looked at yet.Filed consumer complaints today with several agencies.
I have so fed up with the BS they gave for 6 weeks. Kozel left me a message 2 weeks ago telling me it should be done in the six weeks they quoted me. I'm done playing. We need to figure out what can be done.
