Excalibur ll Headphone Replacement

Need help has anyone replaced the headphones on the Excalibur ll i have one side that is dead no sound. Would like to replace them so if anyone can point me in the right direction that would help. Also would like to change the coil to a 15 inch coiltex.

In the Excalibur Accesseries sticky you'll find a ton of thread links on fixing or replacing the headphones with pictures and even how to videos. Also in the coils sticky you'll find a bunch of thread links to either hardwiring a new coil to your Excal or using a waterproof connector, also with pics and videos. And, in fact a few thread links specifically about doing the WOT coil change and the color codes and all that, either hardwiring or wiring a waterproof plug. Same deal with the headphone threads- hardwiring or using a waterproof plug for those too.

Both stickys are threads at the top of the forum. In the coil sticky the threads begin *maybe* about halfway through it and go on from there, but not sure about where they are exactly. Might be some earlier on in the sticky too.

I had a few Jack Daniels and was was wondering about these stickies .....where are they. It's driving me crazy. Make it short

Those are the threads ALWAYS stuck at the top of the forum listing here in the Excal/Sov forum. Like 4 5 or 6 threads always right at the top of the forum listings when you enter this forum.

Had a friend of a friend that had his HP's replaced by Minelabs, $205.00, said they charged him for the parts only....labor would have been $75 a hour and requires 2 hours....
