Excalibur Comes through in Fresh Water - 1521 coins in 2 days!

For those of you who are wondering if the Excalibur does well in fresh water..... Here the second batch of 1050 coins including a 1909 wheat penny!! Yesterday it got 471 for a grand total of 1521 coins in just 2 days! This machine is the best all-around water detector there is.

What was going on there ?? was it a swimming hole, or did someone ditch a stolen piggy bank into the water ?? nice work whatever the circumstances ........whats the penny count,?? was it a mixed batch of coins or all mainly pennies ?? great job!!!!!!!

1437 in pennies. The rest of the 84 coins are Quarters, Dimes and Nickels.

I had to quit yesterday because I was starved and today because my back couldn't take anymore. I wanted to dig until I was sure I had hit 1500 coins total for 2 days. I'm sure that will always be my record.

Wow! Too bad they aren't Large Cents and Seated quarters! So aside from the 1909 wheatie, are they mostly newer? What's the newest? That's a lotta diggin!

I'm having surgery tomorrow so Treasure Creek is gonna take a rest for a while.

317 more coins tonight in 2 hours. The newest is 2002. I've recovered 1838 coins so far and it will have to take a rest now. My surgery is tomorrow.

It's really not a lot of digging. I've had up 28 coins in my scoop at one time!
