After going over the forums, I finally decided to get the Excalibur. Got it yesterday and tried it out. Going to take some getting used to. I was really surprised that the battery charger didn't have a simple LED charge indicator on it. I remember reading a post on here about a guy that was stuggling back and forth with battery problems...no wonder..you have no idea if the batteries are charging or not. A couple other posts refered to using a Battery Tender...Wouldn't be necessary if Minelab provided a decent simple charger.
