I went back to my 2nd choice beach to see what else the high surf had exposed. I was busy. The watch is not marked but I suspect it is 14Kt. The face fell apart and is in pieces in the foreground. I suspect that part was gold-plated steel. The rest of it is definitely solid. Weighs in at 19.7 grams but that includes the watch (but not the cover). The necklace is marked 14Kt Italy but it is a fake. Gold painted is the most accurate description, proving that: all that glitters.....The religious medallion is silver but not marked and the ring is 925. 19 quarters and various others denoms made it a day to remember and a reason to return.
