If this is what I can expect when I recieve your book, I can feel my ring display case filling up already. I have no idea what most of what you wrote in this post means but it sounds like you've done your homework. I ordered your book about a week ago and can't wait for it to get here. I'm in Iraq now and I'm starting to get the itch for detecting again. I'm not sure what "spongy" or "elastic band" sounds like but I'm sure it will all be explained in your book. I've heard nothing but good things about it so far. Congrats on what appears to be a sucessful book.
